Salon policy

 

Keeping us all safe:

Our main priority is to keep our staff and customers safe at all times. Please do not come to the salon if you feel unwell or if you or anyone you live with is self-isolating or displaying any symptoms known to be consistent with COVID-19.

Anyone showing signs of COVID-19 whilst on our premises will be asked to leave immediately. If we ask you to leave, our decision on this is final.

The standard of our cleanliness remains at its highest with tanning areas, treatment areas and all equipment being thoroughly cleaned in between the use of each client.

We are cashless. Contactless card payments or PhorestPay are preferable where possible. Cash will not be excepted.

To comply with health and safety regulations and to respect the relaxing and tranquil environment, we do not allow children or babies in the salon.

Entering the salon:

From 27th January 2022 it is no longer a legal requirement to wear a face covering in England. If you still wish to wear one, please feel free. The choice is yours.

You will be required to use our complimentary hand sanitiser upon arrival. If you would prefer to use your own hand sanitiser then you must bring your own alcohol based hand sanitiser and apply it in front of us upon arrival. Gloves will not be accepted as an alternative to hand sanitiser and we will not sanitise gloves.

Our front door is locked to keep a safe number of people in the salon at one time so please wait to be assisted.

 

Our waiting area is strictly for our customers only. Please do not bring friends, family or children into the salon to wait whilst you are having a treatment or UV tanning session.

Appointments:

Please arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. If for any reason you require to be accompanied, please inform us in advance.

We would advise arriving no more than five minutes early to your appointment (unless discussed prior) to avoid having to wait outside. Late arrival will result in your treatment time being shortened and your treatment will still be charged at full price.

If you do arrive to your appointment with children, we will have no choice but to reschedule your appointment and you will still be charged for the missed appointment.

Cancellations:

 

To protect us as small business, we require 48 hours notice prior to your appointment if you wish to amend or cancel your appointment. Failure to provide 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the total treatment cost.

Deposits:

We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to your appointment must comply with our cancellation policy or your deposit will be non refundable.

Vouchers:

 

Gift vouchers are available for treatments and products. You must present the voucher at the time of your treatment or purchase. Vouchers are valid for 6 months only from the date of purchase. You cannot use gift vouchers in conjunction with any offers or discounts.

Courses:

 

Courses must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are valid for one year only from the date of purchase. Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable. Appointments amended or cancelled without 48 hours notice will be deducted from your course.

Refunds:

No refunds are given on treatments, products or vouchers.

Prices:

 

Our prices are subject to change without notice and all current prices will be shown on our website.​​
